Mr. and Mrs. Meryle Caudle, 820 S. Glenwood, announce the birth April 9 of a son, Rodney Dwayne, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. He weighed four pounds twelve ounces.The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Troyer of Independence, and Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Caudle of Lee’s Summit are the paternal grandparents. Maternal grandmothers are Mrs. Carmen Duncan of Seneca, Mo., and Mrs. Rachael Troyer of Joplin. Mrs. Golda Caudle of Xenia, 111., and Mrs. Gladys •►Smith of Johnsonville, 111. are the baby’s paternal greatgrandmothers.
