Phoumi Nasavan, who like Souphanou-vong is a deputy premier.U. S. and other Western leaders have expressed concern that the Laotian crisis might erupt into a bloody clash between the rightists and the Pathet Lao.Meet Tuesday.Giant Rally Awaits Castro In MoscowROCKET CENTER, W.
