ARREST ARTHUR SPARKS ON A CHARGE OF THEFTArthur Sparks was arrested by Un-dor Sheriff Cliff Blued Wednesday night, on a charge sworn out by Chief of Police R. S. Payne. The arrest, was caused hv the iheft of a bicycle.owned by Gordon Lambert. which«was taken from the Lincoln High School on the 15th of March. It is charged hy the local police that Sparks si ole the wheel and took it. to Stevens Point where he sjold it to a dealer. Under Sheriff Bluett left today for Stevens Point with Sparks, where lie will try and locate the bicycle.
