Mother Says Baby Was Born In Auto When Refused AidSACRAMENTO, April 27.—OP)— The report of F. E. Morrin, assistant superintendent of the Preston School of Industry, on the accusation of Mrs, Frank Walloupie of Carbondale, that her baby was born in nn automobile on the streets of lone after she was refiiBCd medical attention at the school, is expected to-day at the office of the state department of institutions.Morrjn, who is acting in the absence of Superintendent O. II. Close, declared last night hla report would be in the office of Dr. X M. Toner, director of state institutions, In the morning mail.Mrs. Walloupie charged that! when she sought medical attention at the school's hospital, Dr. Hugo Childres, resident school physician, refused to go to the hospital and that after she was taken to a hotel in lone, Dr. Chlldrcs refused again to attend her.Dr. Chlldrcs refused to dlscusn the report saying he -will make a statement to Dr. Toner.
