Toner, director of state institutions, In the morning mail.Mrs. Walloupie charged that! when she sought medical attention at the school's hospital, Dr. Hugo Childres, resident school physician, refused to go to the hospital and that after she was taken to a hotel in lone, Dr. Chlldrcs refused again to attend her.Dr. Chlldrcs refused to dlscusn the report saying he -will make a statement to Dr. Toner.
