DANGER OF THE WALL COLLAPSINGA small force of men who •were engaged in the razing of the building on the west side of the public square, where Mr. Eli-Hull proposes to erect his new six story building, gave up their work Monday on account of the dangerous condition of the walls on' the south side of the structure. About eight regular men who were also on the job, decided to remain and assist in the removal of the old building:_ The structure on the south is pro- teeted by but a very old weathered j wall of brick. In razing- the Hull building it will be necessary to remove ail support from the wall on. the north of Georgetti’s fruit and candy store. In this case, there Is danger of the collapse of the structure, as the wall has probably been there for years.
