Unless a hearing is requested, the revocation automatically becomes effective 30 days from the date of the notice.Cornell said Schottenstein was fined $9,000 in Federal Court April 9 after pleading guilty to a charge of receiving stolen goods in interstate commerce.An accumulation of other arrests and violations, Cornell wrote in the order, indicate that the licences is not a person ‘of good moral character.”’Schottenstein operates two Cincinnati pawnshops—Ben's loans, 707 Central Avenue, and Schott's Pawnshop, 1043 Central Avenue.«♦« ■
