OnalaskanSuccumbsONALASKA — Mrs.' John (Hedwig “Hattie”) Gerrits, 88, Onalaska, died at a Centralis nursing home Monday.She was born Jan. 18, 1882, in Stetln, Germany, and had been a resident ol Onalaska for the past 26 years. She previously lived at Nspavise and Oakville.In addition to the husband, at home, survivors include a son, John Gerrits Jr., Winlock; two sisters, Margaret Young, Adna, and Martha Zitzman, Warrenville, Hi.; two granddaughters, Terry Menard, Jacksonville, Fla., and Peggy Anne Gerrits, Winlock; three grandsons, John Gerrits III, Winlock; Butch Gerrits, U.S. Navy in Virginia, and Bruce Gerrits, U.S. Army in Virginia, and a great-granddaughter.Funeral arrangements are pending at the Ffcsell-BrownMortuary, Chehalis.
