I*. Oleson, second vice president of the local league, and a talk on Eugenics’' by Mrs. Newton Miller.The local branch of the league was formed last -January as a result of the address of Ir. James F. Cooper, birth control authority, at The First Unitarian church. Margaret Sanger was to have come to Salt Lake for the address, but Dr. Cooper was substituted, due to Miss Sanger’s Illness. Mrs. T. E-Newman is president of the local ‘branch, the Rev. Frank Hunt of the First Unitarian church la secretary and Dr. Elmer I. Goshen of the First-Congregational church is first vice president, while D- I*. Olestm is second vice president.
