J. Kerr of Smethport.As stated in the Democrat recently I equipment is now being installed in j the factory on Fulton street to manufacture a new fnrtune-tcillng spinning top invented by Mr. Kerr. Advance interest In this new toy by the popular price chain stores, which purchase the bulk of the local company's product, is so keen that it is expected that the working force of the factory will be materially enlarged—possibly doubled —when production of the nevw toy is started.
