WHO'S NEWVicki Lynn, a seven pounds| four ounce girl, was bom to Marine Sgt. and Mrs, Wayne Fletcher April 14 at the Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton. Calif. The grand-i parents are Mr. and Mrs. Sam Skidmore of Patlonville. M r s. Wayne Briscoe, Rt. 5, and Guy Fletcher of Midland. Great grandparents arc Mr. and Mrs. H. A.
