A daughter, Jennifer Lynn; was born to Dr. and Mrs.• Ronald B. Phillips on March ' 29 in Memorial general Hospital, Union. She joins a brother, Scott Thomas, 2‘/2 years old. Mrs. Phillips, the former Helen Lorraine Capron, is living with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Capron of 20 Ramapo Rd., while her husband is serving in Vietnam.
