Alderman Olaf Gold-slrand of tne first ward, Alderman Herman Fletcher of the second ward, Alderman Joseph Skubal of the third ward, Alderman Al. Haf-ner of the fourth ward and Alderman Pan Noble of the sixth ward.More than ordinary Interest will be centered In this meeting as it Is nnderslod that Mayor Qark will make an address in which he w^ll briefly outline the policies w hich he intends to pursue during his termof office. From those Intimate with Mr. Clark it is learned thal he will not hesitate In informing the council and citizens his attitude on various important city questions—so that all may know where he stands from the very start. It is said that he will definitely slate his position regarding saloon regulation.That the council room will be crowded to its fullest capacity at this meeting is a foregone conclusion.
