Racket at the Yellow House.Deputy Sheriff D. Ncwland Davis had a writ of ejectment for “Crick” McCann of the Yellow House, aud went to that placie Thursday afternoon to serve it. “Crick” defied him to enter the house, and Davis returned to this city and got three police officers. While “Crick” was alone in the house he mutilated the furni lure, cut the oil paintings and carpets, aadf broke thines up generally. The three officers and Deputy Sheriff surroundedthe'place, and one of the officers gained jadmittance through a window, but when jri be got inside the bird had flown.
