NOTICE OF PROPOSED HIGHWAYCONSTRUCTIONAll interested persons are advised that the construction of Farm-to-Market Highway No. 2729 is being planned by the Texas Highway Commission. The proposed location will pass through, enter, or bypass the cities, towns, or villages of Cannon, Tom Bean, and Whiterock. Preliminary sketches showing the proposed location are on file at the Resident Engineer’s Office at Sherman. Any interested citizen may request that a public hearing be held respecting such proposed location and the economic effect of such location by delivering a written request to the Resident Engineer on or before the eleventh (11th) day of April, 1963. In the event such request is received, a public hearing will be scheduled and adequate notice will be given as to its time and place.(Published in The Whitewright Sun March 28 and April 4, 1963.)
