Delay Ribbon-Cutting Until Spring On 34 ExpresswayTraffic moves over the new 34 Expressway, at the south edge of Glenwood, while the O-T camera looks north towards 1-29. About ten days of work remains lor completion of the $4 million four-lane highway and Highway Com lission officials announced Tuesday that it would probably be spring before traffic will flow regularly on the new road.
