‘Ivory Snow' Girl Returning To PlazaMarilyn Chambers, who gained fame as the Ivory Snow Girl and notoriety as a star performer in a leading pornographic movie, will return to the Union Plaza's production of Mind With The Dirty Man on Tuesday.Miss Chambers, who opened the show in October, has been on a nation-wide tour promoting her book Marilyn Chambers: My Story. which was published by Warner Paperback Library.The controversial star made her first legitimate stage appearance in the Plaza s MWTDM after a highly successful Eastern seaboard tour with a song and dance act She became embroiled in controversy with producer Maynard Sloate in the middle of the Plaza run when she wanted to appear nude oh stage Miss Chambers becamefamous overnight when it was revealed that she was the model holding a baby on 4he Ivory Snow soap boxes while at the same time the star of the X-rated Behind The Green Door film.Her Plaza performances were hailed by- critics and audience alike who called her performances not only successful but professional as well.Las Vegas columnist Forrest Duke said. “Miss Chambers is a pleasant surprise. showing great flair as a comedienne .Las Vegas SUN columnist Joe Delaney said.
