56th AnniversaryObserved SundayThe 56th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cunning was celebrated at their home in New . Market Sunday, Sept. 25th. For thefirst time in six years all of thechildren were able to be present on. this occasion, which was a surprise to Mr. and Mrs. Cunning. There was also a great grandchild present neither had seen before.Their wedding date is Sept. 24, but in order to accommodate those at work the day was set for Sunday. All came with well filled baskets, and the mother and father were almost, if not entirely so, as happy as they were 56 years ago.We join in wishing them many rnore happy anniversaries.Those present to enjoy the day were Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Cunning and two children, Mr. nd Mrs. Ed Stromer of Milford, Neb'r., Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Stromer and baby of Ciear Lake, S. D., Mrs. Sam Tolland and three children of Redding, Iowa,- Mr. and Mrs. Larry Whitehead and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Teeters and family and Mr. and Mrs. ’esrse Brown and daughter.
