Rev. H. Seholten of ZuidhoornNetherlands, father* of E. J. Seholten residing in South Alton and brother of John Seholten who lives on a farm west of Boyden, last week celebrated the fortieth anniversary of his ordination into the ministry of the Reformed church. During the entire forty years Rev. Seholten served the same church, the church* at Zuidhoorn. He had several calls to other charges but declined them all. The celebration at Zuidhoorn was made a public affair and was participated in by all the civil organizations of the little city and Rev. *''Seholten was presentedwith many costly gifts.*
