Golden anniversaryEUa and Andrew MathewsA tea party was held on September 3, 1989 to honor EUa ant Andrew Mathews at their home on the occasion of their golder, wedding anniversary. They were married in Winnipeg on Augus 29, 1939. Their children Sandy and Virginia Mathews of Lac di Bonnet and Irene and Ian Robson and grand-daughter Co deer of Montreal were in attendance. EUa and Andrew extend then thanks to their numerous friends and relatives whose attendance and generous wishes truly made this a memorable day. Greetings were received from Governor General Jeanne Sauve and Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Lieutenant Governor Johnson, Hon. Jake Epp, Premier Film on, Mr. Doer, Mrs.Carstairs and many friends and relatives who were unable to attend.
