Yaccarino.Howard admitted breaking into the home of Charles Frederickson of 24 Prospect Road, Atlantic Highlands, with intent to steal Nov. 11; attempting to issue a forged $40 check belonging to Mr. Frederickson Nov. 12 to Walling’s Market, Port Monmouth Road, East Keansburg; issuing a forged $152.50 check belonging to Mr. Frederickson Nov. 19 to The Fair Inc., Rt. 35, Ocean Township, and receiving stolen property, a checkbook and $2 in penniesbelonging to Linda Robinson of 161 Lincoln Ave., Long Branch, in that city April 4. William Curley of 116 Bel-shaw Ave., Shrewsbury Township, who had admitted stealing five checks from Rose Marie Stevens, 69 Barker Ave., Shrewsbury Township, Nov. 20, was given an indeterminate reformatory9term. e Victor C.
