Golden Wedding.Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Lepley, of Ridge Tp., celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their wedding day. The occasion was an enjoyable one to the company present, and it is safe to say a happier day for the bride and groom than was their wedding day, for theirs has been a model life. Mr. and Mrs. Lepley were born, raised and married in Columbiana county and came to this county in 1861. Here their children grow to manhood and womanhood and from the old home went out into (he world to make their way. Mr. and Mrs. Lepley have been blessed with the good things of life and they have well deserved them all. They now look back over a half century of married life which contains much more of sunshine than of shadow.This couple has six children living but some of them are in the f$r West and could not be present to celebrate the golden wedding of their parents. A number of beautiful presents were given, among other things a pitchermade at East Liverpool, Ohio, and ornamented with gold. Superintendent Lilly of this city was present.
