Owen will entertain with an open house reception at their home at .1007 East Main stre,et, Jasonville Sunday afternoon to eelebrate their golden wedding' anniversary.Mr. Owen and the former Miss Pina Burris were married in Clay County* near Jasonville on ’Sept. 26, 1908 and have lived in Greene and Clay counties all their married lives.Mr. and Mrs. Owen have eightchildren, Floyd Owen, Roy Owen, Everett Gerald Owen, Mrs. A1-dreiw (Agnes) Earle, Mrs. Walter (Ida) Wright and Mrs. James (Hazel) Morris, Jr., all of Indianapolis, Mrs. Unrnil (Mila) Barnes of Bloomfield and Mrs. John (Norma) Danko of Jasonville. They have 17 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.All of the children and their families plan to^be^present for the golden anniversary celebration.
