DOUBLE SURPRISEAT MARSH) HOMEtlcot«A double surprise party took place last Saturday evening at the home of Janies Marsicano, 223(5 Fifth street, the occasion being his fifty-fifth birthday anniversary and the.eighteenth birthday of Mrs. Adrian Marsicano, his son's wife. The young couple were recently married. Marsicano, the older, has resided in the West End for 36 years, and is a member of California Aerie, No. 1423, Order of Eagles., Dancing and other features made up an enjoyable evening. A six-piece orchestra was present to play for the dance numbers. Miss Madeline Marsichno. sang two numbers, Oath-erina,” and “The Girl I Loved in Sunny Tennessee. A raviola supper was served and the dancing continued during the night. On Sunday a chicken dinner was served. Marsl-cano received a gold watch from his wife, while the young bride was given a string of pearls. House decorations were in Diamond Jubilee colors. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. James Marsicano, Mr. and Mrs. Amel Slsterna, Mr. and Mrs. C. Costello, Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Marsicano, Madeline, Rose and Helen Mnrbicano. Loo Simon.. Anilard Slsterna.
