Will Chown is now 69 years old and Ellis Louk i$ about five years younger, but he is uncertain as to his exact age. Their mother came lo Iowa .when Willw'as about 5 years old and later married man named John Chown,by whose surname Will always has been known.••My mother never said anything about another boy, says Will. *^but about eight years ago thru my half-sister, Mrs. James DeBatcs of Mar-5halItown. who visits often in the cast, I learned of the existence ot Ellis. He was given away for adop-I tion when my mother came to Iowa land during hcf HfClime she never I mentioned to me that I had a brother. There w*as a sister, too. about I years old at that time and I can remember her being given away, but I never heard vhat became of her.'Ellis Louk is employed by a transfer company in Bradford and he is {spending his vacation visiting the 1 brother he had never seen before.
