Picnic At Town ParkMembers of the First Church of God on Friend Street, held their Sunday School picnic atthe the Carrier Mills Town Park.Following the morning worship service Sunday, Sept. 10, the group gathered for a bountiful basket dinner at noon.The afternoon was spent visiting and the young at heart enjoyed games provided at the park.Those attending were: Mr.and Mrs. Gene Overstreet, Joyce, Stephen and Alan; Mr. and Mrs.Kenneth Daniels and Donna; Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Wells and Clinton; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rice, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Eddy, Mrs. Nellie Millikan, Mrs. Helen Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Noble Brandon, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Dillard, Cindy, Beth and Jeff; Danny Huitt, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Tolbert, Greg Dillard, Miss Vickie Daniels, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sharp, Mrs. Della Ryan, Mrs. Emma Shaw, Teresa Austin, Keith Aus tin, Debbie Tanner, Mrs. Connie Dooley, Rev. and Mrs. Joe Daniels, Jean Ann and Randy, Mr. and Mrs. Norliss Carner, and Mrs. Anna Brandon.1it
