Golden anniversaryTHAYER - Mr. and Mrs. Howard E. McNaughton of rural Thayer will be honored Sunday, Sept. 26, in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary. Open house will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Oak Hill church south of Thayer. All friends and relatives are invited. No gifts, please. Hosts will be the McNaughtons’ children, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gripp and family of Indianola and Mr. and Mrs. John H. McNaughton and family of rural Thayer.
