They spent the first six months of their married; life on the west coast, but have lived near and in Hawarden since that time. Patsy, the youngest has spent all her life with them, while the other -two, (Mrs. B. F. (Bates of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs, Lester Van IBuskirk of JHawarden, were 13 and 1'1 respectively, when they went to live with them. There are two other grandchildren and six great grandchildren.Relatives from a distance who plan to attend the golden wedding are Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Lillie and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Beatle and two children of *Des Moines and (Frank Fowler of Faith, .S. a brother of Mrs. McAninch.
