She was born in Huntingtonshire, England, on July 11, 1836, coming toles, chocolate and ginger cakes. An unusually large number were present.Mr. 2fnd Mrs. Daniel Gray, Who Celebrated Their Sixty-Third Wedding Anniversary Last Friday, September 13America with her parents when she was 15 years old. The first home was in Indiana, but after a few years spent there the family moved to Bell Plaintownship, this county.Mr. Gray was born at Martinsville, Ind., on June 13, 1833. His father, Allen Gray, was also a pioneer settler of Marshall county, coming here in 1834 and locating in Richland township.The entire married life of Mr. and Mrs. Gray has been spent in Marshall county with the exception of a few spent in Iowa and Missouri, their return from Missouri they made their home in this city. . Gray was 85 years old last Juneand Mrs. Gray was 82 in July. It had been planned to have some of those present last Friday who were present at the wedding 63 years ago, but investigation developed the fact that not one is living except Mr. and Mrs. Gray.The Journal joins the other friends of this venerable couple in congratulating them upon having been permitted to live happily together for a period much longer than the average life of man.
