Strong, of Salem, 0., who put in a water works system at Ashland, O., for $T4,685,29, which required 2| more miles of pipe and 33 more hydrants than will be necessary for the Delphos plant. Mr. Strong is looking for the contract of putting in the Del phos plant. The clerk was instructed to correspond with Mr. Strong. He also put in the Napoleon, O. plant,and invites the council to make a trip there and inspect the system.Clerk also read several letters received from drillers from different places, asking that thev be allowed to bid on the work ofâdrilling ( necessary wells for the water works.Clerk was instructed to correspond 1 with them.
