JOHN FUCHS, OF UNION TOWNSHIP, SURPRISEDBY FRIENDS.(From Monday’* Dolly.)Mr. and Mrs. John Fuchs, of Uniontownship, one of the highly esteemedcouples of the county, celebrated the twenty-sixth anniversary of their wedding Sunday, and in honor of the event thirty-five friends and relatives of the Couple gathered at their home in the morning with well filled baskets and tendered them a verypleasant surprise.The dinner at the noon hour was one of the finest ever placed on atable and all did ampie justice to it.the afternoon was spent in social conversation and games.Those present to assist the couple in the celebration of their wedding anniversary were Mrs. Elizabeth Kehrt, of Rays Crossing; Paul Fuchs and family and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fuchs and son, Raymond, of Blue Ridge; John Brown and family, of* • k *Shelbyville; Alonzo Kney and family, of Morristown; Mr. and Mrs. George Fuchs and daughters, Grace, Flora and Opal, Miss Mabel Phares, and Messrs. Ray and Elzy Fuchs, Vincent Ebbing, Raymond Kehrt,John Davis and George Conner.
