A lieutenant colonel at the age of 24, Arthur F. Briggs is on a 30*day leave visiting his wife and son, Arthur F. Briggs ill/ 17 months old, whom Cot. Briggs had never seen until he returned here. The family lives at 902 W. Agarita St. Mrs. Briggs is the former iMiss Mildred Delavan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arch SI. Delavan.Because Col. Briggs is reticent about his exploits, Capt. S. B. Schwartz, in a letter to the San Antonio Express, outlined briefly some of Col Briggs’ accomplishments. The letter follows:“'Actually, Col.
