BOUND OVEB.The case against John Enghauser, Jr., charged by Miss Lizzie Tomamichael with being the father of her unborn child, was called in Justice Morehead’s court Thursday morning, and was then taken to 3 us-tiee Rofjolf on a change of venue. The hearing lasted until about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The details of the case are Unfit for publication. The prosecuting witness testified that sho yielded to the defendant on the night of March 1? last after their return from a party, and that two weeks later she again submitted to him. The scene was at Dr. Rook's residence, where she was employed as a do-, mestic. The defendant entered a fiat denial, but the court evidently did not believe him, for he bound him over to the grand jury in bonds of $800. Enghauser is 24 years old add a molder. Miss Toma-michael is a rather comely girl of 17.
