Celebrate 50th AnniversaryMr. mud Mrs. John Sfcaffen-%hagen of Wadena will observe their Golden wedding anniversary Sunday Sept. 17. A family dinner at noon will be followed by open house at the Wadena Legion rooms from 2 to 4:304 p.m. No invitations are being sent out for the event, but all relatives and friends are urged to call.The former Eliza Fox and Mr. Staffenhagen were married fit the Sacred Heart Church in Volga on Sept. 20, H91sl by the Rev. Father' Hetherington and have lived i^i the neighborhood farming most of their married life except for 14 ye-ars they farmed near Akley, Minnesota.They are the parents of four children, (Wilma) Mrs. F. D. Welch; (Mae) Mrs. Robert Omwford; (Rita) Mrs. Walter Sisney and John who are still at. home. They have five grandchildren.
