Water Restored ta High School.Terre Haute, September 10.—The water company, which haa refused to supply water to the new Garfield high school, because range closets caused a waste of water, haa restored the supply. The manager of the company says the question of legal rights will be settled without trouble. He says Terre Haute’s fire loss is exceptionally low and that is due in part to the good water seivice. The loss is $1.15 per capita as compared with $3.58 in Evansville.
