I net edged with fiue lace and ]I attached to a coronet of seed-pearls. Her only Jewelry was a string of pearls a gift of the | groom. She carried a bouquet ofj j white roses. The white satin J : streamers were caught with white j• pompons.Mrs. Patricia Carnrike. sister-| in-law of the groom, was matron of honor. Her gown was pink marquisette with a fitted bodice j and sweetheart neckline. She worea headband of pink flowers and pink veiling and carried a bou-!iquet of pink roses, j Mrs. McNeil, mother of the I bride, wore black crepe dress with ] black accessories. Mrs. Carnrike, mother of the groom, chose a navy sheer crepe dress with navy acees-j sories. Each wore a corsage of red roses.Richard Carnrike served his brother as best man. Charles Meade, cousin of the groom and Charles McNeil, cousin of th* bride were ushers.Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride for more than 200 guests. The table was decorated with a centerpiece of white snapdragons. sweetpeas and pink rose -and featured a large three-tiered wedding cake.When Mr. Carnrike and his bride left for a week’s honeymoon to Niagara Falls and Canada. the new matron wore a grey gabardine suit with navy accessories. Her corsage was pink tiger lilies.Pre-nuptial parties for the bride were given by Mrs. Richard Carnrike, Mrs.and Alice; Mrs. Bernard Mer ritt and Mrs. Maurice Waldorf.The bride is employed in th« sales department of the Bennett Ireland and the groom works ir the tabulating department of the Norwich Pharmacal Company.Out-of-town guests attendee from Oxford, Greene, Johnson City, Binghamton. Sidney, One-onto. New York.Mr. and Mrs. Carnrike will blt; at home to their friends at 1'Conkey avenue.
