C. A. Scheppeles Celebrate Golden Anniversary TodayMr. and Mrs. Charles A. Scheppeie, 929 Lincoln Avenue, observed their golden wedding anniversary Monday. Open house was held at the Scheppeie home Sunday to celebrate the occasion.The couple was married September 11, 1889, at the home of Mrs. Scheppeles paients, Mr. and Mr?. George Buehler, who lived at »i: Garfield Avenue. The Rev. McCord of St. Luke’s Methodist Church was the officiating clergyman.In addition to their children, Mr. Floyd Scheppeie, Mr*. Vera Runkel and Mrs. Loe Keelmer (Olive), ana their granddaughter, Miriam Run-kle, many friends and relatives of Dubuque attended the reception Sunday. The couple received many gifts, flowers, cards, telegrams, aDd tetters of congratulations.Relatives and friends who came from out of the city included the following: Mr. and Mrs. John A.
