The couple request that gifts be omitted.Medlin and the former Nadine Morey were married Sept. 17,1947, at Lamar.■ MILLER, Mo. — Mr. and Mrs. Bill Glidewell, Springfield, formerly of Miller, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at Miller Legion Hall.Serving as hosts will be their children, Dianne Mitchell and William Glidewell, and their families. The couple request that gifts be omitted.Glidewell and the former Lorene Pyle were married Sept. 20, 1947, at Carthage.They have three grandchildren.
