He has since been engaged in life practice of his profession in this city.Mr. llupers has been eloselv Identified with the liistorv of National Parlor, No. 118, N\ 8. li. W., being one of its charter members. He has seived as Trustee and passed rlnough the chairs of his parlor, and completed his term as President thereof last .July. He lias been sent as adelegate to every session of tlie (Irand Parlor byhis tailor since the latter s lustliullou m 1888.
