Tbe Board of Trustees of US Town of Ligonicr presented a petition. praying an order of the Commissioners annexing to the corporate territory of said town certain contiguous territory, owned by H. Wood, S. M. Pence, D. M. Miller, Mrs. Bruner, George Sack, Robert Randall, David Kline, Lewis Covcll, Nancy Tumbleson, N. J. Neville, J. b. Foltz, A. Ogden, J. McDowell, P. Sistcrhen, Henry Ho-stetter, Geo. W. Woodworth, J. B. Lane, Sophia Kent, E. J. Dodge, A. Gants, Geo. M. Shade, T. Hudson, Widow Pancake, Jennie Wright, Emily Pancake, Win. A. J. Addison, R. Watehorn, I. Owen, J. J. Karns, Mary Marker, George Marker and P.
