(AP) —Don “Dutch’* Hoag, a truck stop operator from Bath, won his second straight State Fair stock car championship Saturday by averaging more than 95 milesan hour in the $8,000 race.Hoag edged Lee Osborne ofSpencerport by 50 yards in the 30-mile contest. The other three top finishers were Jerry Chamberlin of Everett, Pa., Bill Rafter of Buffalo, and Ralph Smith of Havre de Grace, Md.The race was marred by *cd-dents, and two spectators wereho-t by flying debris.Chuck Rotary of Rome wasinjured when his car crashed ina aualifvine heat.
