Hart, 617 E. Gates St., Columbus, and Jay Paul Rodgers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Miles T. Rodgers, 7245 Bedford Rd., SE, were united in marriage Aug. 27 at St. I^eo’s Church, with Father John Collins of the St. Thomas Mare Newman Center officiating.Billy J. Hart gave hisdaughter in marriage.Maid of honor was Sandra Streng and bridesmaids included Barbara Mullinix, Cynthia Ritzer and Kimberly Kitzer.Theodore Rodgers was best man with Dale Rodgers, illiam Elkins and Robert Colliver as ushers.A reception was held at St. I^o’s Chool Hall located at Bruck and Frebis, directlyhehind the church.
