Figg of, Linton vvill celebrate the golden anniversary of their marriage with an “open house reception from 2:00 to 5:90 o'clock Sunday afternoon at their home at' Firs* and ,,J'* streets southeast in Linton.Mr. Figg and the former Mi?s F.dith H. Miller were married 0:1 .Sept. 10. 1911, and went to housc-: keeping in Sullivan county. Thev 1 moved to Greene county in 1936and have lived here since then. •They were both born in Greer.c county. Mr. Figg is a retired miner, farmer and dairyman. Mr. and Mrs. Figg arc both members of the Linton Church of Christ. They have one son, James Hubert Figg, and one grandson, Stephen Douglas Figg.The announcement invited friends and relatives to attend the open house reception Sunday afternoon.
