Fleming, minister of the Evangelical United Brethren Church here for the past two years, has been transferred to the Findlay First Church, largest in the Sandusky conference, and will be succeeded by the Rev. Vanus Smith who conies here fromBarnesville.The changes will be effective next Sunday.In his new position, the Rev, Fleming will be designated as district leader of an area embracing approximately one-fourth of thec state.Among other pastoral changes in the Sandusky conference of the church announced by Dr. A.
