1*1Miss Mary Frances TuffsBride Of David SmileyMiss Mary Frances TUfts and David Lewis Smiley were r married in a double * ring ceremony at the First Christian Church in Duncanville Saturday evening by the Rev.David Freeman.The bride is the daughter ,of Mr. and Mrs. John Francis Tufts, Rt. 1, Box 1310, Dallas, The groom is the son. of Mr. and Mrs. lewis M, Smiley Jr., 415 Alexander in Duncanville,The bride* is a 1967 graduate of Kimball High School in Dallas and attended TbxasWoman’s University a yearand the University of Ibxas at Arlington this summer. She will attend Texas AM this fall.The groom, a 1965 graduate of Duncanville High School, will be a senior at TexasAM this fall.The bride chose a formal gown of diamond white silk organza over peau de sole sheath. The tiny empire bodice was designed to show a contour neckline and puffed cap sleeves. The circularbias cut skirt fell in deep folks and ended fn a full chapellength train.Silk organza flowerettes edged in dainty hemstitched scallops and attached from an open work center was sprinkled over the entire gown and lent elegance to her matching sculptured pill box headpiece that held her bouffant veil of imported illusion.She carried a bouquet of tiny yellow rosebuds with white stramoniums.Miss Beth Higden of Duncanville was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Cla‘re Cody, Dallas; Treasa Smiley, Corsicana, cousin of the gtooth;BOW Pflice, andHelen Rushing, El Paso.Kami Burkett of Snyder, cousin of* the groom, was theflower girl.■«Raymond Peters of Mexla, uncle of the groom, was best man.
