Roger L, Clowser. 18. a son of Mr. and Mrs. David Clowser ofDayton RD 2. was hospitalized as a result of the two-car accident, three miles west of Rural Valley on Route 839.Murray Richard Rearick, 26, of Dayton RD 2 received head bruises but Was not hospitalized. The accident happened at 5:05 p.m. yesterday,Armstrong County Memorial Hospital authorities said today that Clowser's condition is “fair. with a possible fractured skull and body bruises.State Police said that Rearick was travelling north on 839 at a high rate of speed on a sectionof highway under construction. Heallegedly failed to pay attention to posted signs when he approached a one-way traffic late near a curve.When negotiating the curve, Rearick reportedly left the higirway when he approached a barricade.
