Thomas W. RobertsonPRINCETON - Thomas Willard (Tom) Robertson, 66, of 155 Mercer St., died Sunday, Sept. 2, in a Princeton hospital following an apparent heart attack.Born March 28, 1924 in McDowell County, he was the son of the late John William and Roberta Woods Robertson.Mr. Robertson was a retired employee of the Compton Construction Co. at Princeton, attended the Liberty Baptist Church of Princeton, was a World War II Air Corps veteran and w'as a 16-year resident of Princeton having came there from Matoaka.Survivors include his wife, Helen Marie Davis Robertson; two sons. Thomas William (Tom) Roberston of Richmond, Va. and Kenneth Ray Robertson of Princeton; three daughters, Linda Terry of Oakvale, Dana Lee Robertson of Denver, N.C. and Tammie Lynn Robertson of West Palm Beach, Fla.; a sister, Mae Welch of Kimball; a brother, Charles Robertston of Scranton, Pa., and four grandchildren.Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the George W. Seaver Funeral Home Chapel in Princeton with the Rev. Paul Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Resthaven Park Cemetery, Princeton.Friends may call today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
