of a most persistent; foe-Owing to the fact that a reporter of the Tbavblek-I-Tkkah missed the M. C. train at New Buffalo, ou the 28th, on account of the failure of the C. W. M. K. R. train to connect with the noon train, we wore unable to lay before oar readers a full report of the doings at the soldiers and sailors reunion atNiles last week. From the Niles Republican, however, wo learn that the encampment was a line suocoss; that from 10,000 to 12,000 people were present ; and nearly 1,200soldiers enrolled; that the addresses were satisfactory; that the boys were well taken care of, and that everybody departed to their homes seemingly well pleased with the programme of the occasion and the treatment each and all received at the hands of the Niiesinns.
