' lt;mmCounty Library Ceiling Falls InA section of plaster, about three feet square, fell from the ceiling in the young adult room on the second floor of the Guernsey County Ijbrary yesterday afternoon, crashing onto a study table. Debbie McClelland, the only person in the room at the time, was uninjured. But library officials said students would have been studying at the table had the mishap occurred a half-hour later. Other plaster on the ceiling has loosened and may fall at any time, they said. Photo at the right shows bare lath in the ceiling after the section fell. Pictured below is the rubble on the table and floor.
