FAIRVIEWFAIRVIEW, August 31—Fire completely destroyed the two-room house belonging to Wm. Paye, Just outside the village limits on Saturday afternoon. When first noticed an alarm was sounded but by the time the fire truck arrived the small building was a mass of flames. Everything inside the building was completely destroyed. Mr. Paye being down town at the time and all he has left Is the clothes he was wearing. His loss is a heavy one to him as he is In his eighty’s and unable to work. He was figuring on going East for the winter and what his plans are now Is not known. So far as we know there was no Insurance.(WD), now stationed at Dafoe, Sask. is home on leave visiting her mother, Mrs. W. O.
