Push School Sign-ups In Freehold TownshipFREEHOLD TOWNSHIP -Registration for township schools must be completed by tommorrow at 3 p.m. in the office of the assistant superintendent in thlt;* Laura Donovan School.The schools will open Thursday with a record enrollment of 2,700. Three emergency classrooms will have to be used.In addition, school officials expect another 400 children to be enrolled in the district during the coming year. This will be the greatest one-year increase in the history of the system.A full day is planned for Thursday, said Marshall W. Errlckson, superintendent of schools. Children should therefore bring their lunches. Milk will be available at four cents per half pint.The school hours for the Burlington Road School andthe Laura Donovan School will be 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; the West Freehold School, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and the Clifton T. Barkalow School, 8:55 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.Parents of kindergarten children will be given their children’s assignments by mail. The teachers in each building will help new children find their rooms.The bus route descriptions list the roads on which the buses will travel in their approximate order. Roads adjacent to the assigned routes have been omitted for the sake of brevity.Mr. Errickson warned that there may be some delays on opening days, and asked that parents be patient.
